Job Description
Job title: Client Business Analyst – CRM Implementations Role Summary: Client‑facing analyst who translates enterprise customer needs into scalable HubSpot solutions. Works across sales, technical and client teams to design, document, and deliver CRM architecture that increases operational efficiency and customer engagement for high‑growth industries such as logistics, transportation, and B2B services. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end client relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivery of measurable outcomes. - Lead discovery, solution design, and implementation for enterprise HubSpot projects, including integrations, data migration, and reporting. - Use AI tools (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Make) to accelerate solution delivery and improve quality. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder workshops to uncover business processes, pain points and technology gaps. - Define MVP scope, measurable outcomes, and strategic roadmaps. - Produce detailed documentation: ERDs, data flow diagrams, business process flows (Lucidchart or similar), functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria. - Specify “as‑is” and “to‑be” workflows, write requirement specifications, and guide configuration enhancements. - Manage data integration, migration and reporting design for HubSpot and related systems. - Present technical solutions to clients, translating concepts into business value. - Collaborate with development and HubSpot architects to align solutions with platform capabilities. - Advise clients with high‑impact questions, challenge assumptions, and keep work outcome‑focused. - Leverage API/webhook knowledge and integration platforms (Zapier, Tray.io, Reply.io) to connect HubSpot with external services. - Maintain project schedules, deliverables and quality standards in a fast‑moving environment. Required Skills: - Business Analysis, with proven experience in CRM implementation, configuration or enhancement. - Strong analytical, documentation and visual communication (must create ERDs, diagrams). - Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM, marketing, sales, service) and at least one other CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365). - Experience with APIs, webhooks, integration platforms and data migration. - Familiarity with AI tools for business automation (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Make). - Excellent stakeholder management and client‑relationship ownership. - Project management, multitasking and ability to thrive in ambiguous, change‑heavy contexts. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - Business Analyst certification (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred. - Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in CRM projects, ideally within an agency or consulting practice. - Industry exposure in logistics, transportation or professional services is a plus.
