Lead architectural decisions, own infrastructure and observability, and set engineering best practices in a fast‑growing startup environment. Expectations: • 7+ years in backend development in high‑growth companies • Proven experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS (preferred) • Strong API and distributed system design skills • Product‑oriented mindset balancing performance, flexibility, and speed • Excellent communication and collaboration in dynamic, cross‑functional teams Required Skills: • Node.js (or equivalent backend runtime) • Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and in‑memory stores (Redis) • Cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration • API design (REST/GraphQL), event‑driven architecture (Kafka, etc.) • Observability, CI/CD, Terraform, or similar tooling • Strong problem‑solving and architectural judgment Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or 7+ years of equivalent experience) • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other relevant certifications desirable (optional)
