Job Description
**Job Title** Head of IT Technical Infrastructures & Support **Role Summary** Lead and manage the group’s IT infrastructure, technology support, and security operations across multiple entities. Define and enforce technical standards, develop a unified architecture roadmap, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Supervise a distributed team, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and control CAPEX/OPEX for infrastructure and support assets. **Expectations** - Deliver a reliable, secure, and standardized IT foundation supporting business growth. - Translate business strategy into actionable, cost‑effective infrastructure plans. - Maintain continuous monitoring, incident response, and preventive maintenance of all technical resources. - Manage vendor relationships and procurement in line with security and GDPR policies. - Provide executive reporting on infrastructure health, budget status, and compliance outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Define, publish, and enforce group-wide infrastructure standards for telecom, network (WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi), servers, data centers, cloud, Office 365, and end‑user devices. - Lead the operational implementation of approved technical strategy and the harmonization of disparate company systems. - Oversee the technical aspects of major application projects (e.g., ERP deployments). - Manage a distributed technical team, ensuring alignment across France and German entities. - Coordinate with CISO, Group DPO, auditors, and other stakeholders on security controls, vulnerability management, patching, and Disaster Recovery. - Maintain the 3‑year technical architecture plan and ensure alignment with the business roadmap. - Conduct regular audits, inventory management, user account reviews, and compliance checks. - Manage IT infrastructure purchases, contracts, and vendor performance, ensuring security, GDPR, and ITGC compliance. - Control CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to technical infrastructure and support services. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership in IT infrastructure, networking, and data center operations. - Strong knowledge of cloud services (public/private), virtualization, and data center design. - Experience with ITIL, PMI/PMI‑PMP, COBIT, and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). - Ability to evaluate, select, and implement new technologies with a focus on cost, security, and scalability. - Budgeting and cost‑control expertise for CAPEX/OPEX cycles. - Vendor management and contract negotiation skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑regional coordination. - Proficiency in English; French knowledge is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 5 years in a senior IT infrastructure or technical management role. - ITIL Foundation (mandatory); PMP/PMI or equivalent project‑management certification (preferred). - COBIT experience (desired). - CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification (highly desirable).
