Personal Shopper
Role Summary
Deliver high‑value, personalized luxury fashion experiences across physical and digital channels, building and growing a dedicated client book, driving sales, and representing the brand through events and outreach.
Expectations
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs with a strong personal client portfolio.
- Build long‑term relationships with walk‑in, independent stylist, and high‑potential clients.
- Provide exceptional, boutique‑level service from outreach to post‑purchase care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end client journey: outreach, onboarding, styling sessions (IRL & virtual), sales, fulfillment, returns.
- Grow client base via boutique traffic, e‑commerce, social media, and business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools (D365, Salesforce, Storm, Power BI, Looker, Excel) to track performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Host and attend events, trunk shows, and private appointments; represent the brand as an ambassador.
- Coordinate bespoke orders, special requests, and content creation for marketing.
- Propose improvements in client acquisition, retention, and product mix.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury brands, designers, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Proven luxury fashion sales and client‑management track record.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (individual and public).
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and detail orientation.
- Proficient with CRM systems and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to engage internationally across diverse cultures.
Required Education & Certifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, marketing, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in retail/CRM or luxury client management preferred.
