Job Title: Information Technology Team Lead Role Summary: Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver reliable technology services across the organization. Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all systems run smoothly. Coordinate with other departments to align IT solutions with business goals and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
