**Job Title**
Head of Client & Business Development – UK & Europe
**Role Summary**
Lead and expand NomosFIT’s client base across the UK and Europe, driving new business generation and revenue growth. Manage a high‑performing business‑development team, develop strategic partnerships with consulting, legal, and recruitment partners, and deliver tailored fractional and interim consultancy solutions to senior C‑suite and legal stakeholders.
**Expactations**
- 5–8 years of senior sales or business‑development experience in ALSP, legal services, professional services, or recruitment sectors.
- Proven track record of winning new contracts with CFOs, CEOs, GCs, and law‑firm decision‑makers.
- Experience managing and scaling sales teams, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills with national and international partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with Alvarez & Marsal, Broadfield LLP, ECB Star, and other external partners.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients by understanding their needs and proposing customised fractional/interim solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, advisory, and delivery teams to generate leads and close deals.
- Represent the brand at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to increase visibility and pipeline.
- Develop and execute sales plans, proposals, and marketing materials to promote key services.
- Lead strategy to grow market share, including geographic and sector expansion across UK, Europe, and beyond.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, set targets, coach team members, and report progress to senior leadership.
