**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack healthcare applications that meet PHIPA and HIPAA standards. Build responsive web interfaces using Vue.js, React, and Next.js, secure backend APIs and database integrations, and cross‑platform mobile apps with Flutter or React Native. Collaborate with product and design teams, automate testing, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

* Write clean, well‑tested code and maintain high code quality.
* Work collaboratively in an agile environment, participate in design reviews, and adopt AI‑assisted coding tools to improve productivity.
* Contribute to DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure when required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain responsive web UIs in Vue.js, React, and Next.js.
2. Design, build, and secure backend services and RESTful APIs.
3. Create cross‑platform mobile applications (Flutter/React Native) or native Android/iOS apps.
4. Implement unit and integration tests using Jest or equivalent frameworks.
5. Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and code tuning.
6. Collaborate with designers in Figma, creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.
7. Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codeium) to enhance development efficiency.
8. Ensure data handling aligns with PHIPA and HIPAA regulations.
9. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments on Azure or GCP.
10. Maintain documentation, version control, and project artifacts.
**Required Skills:**
* Strong backend development experience (API design, architecture, secure coding).
* Proficiency in Vue.js, React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience with cross‑platform mobile development (Flutter, React Native) or native iOS/Android.
* Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest).
* Familiarity with REST APIs, debugging, and performance optimization.
* Understanding of PHIPA and HIPAA compliance requirements.
* Competence in Figma for UI design collaboration.
* Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools.
* Database experience: relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firestore, DynamoDB).
* Mastery of Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
* DevOps exposure preferred: Docker, CI/CD, monitoring pipelines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Optional certifications: Azure/AWS/GCP DevOps, Laravel/PHP, or medical data compliance.
