Job Title: Venture Consultant, Project Manager Role Summary: Lead and coordinate entrepreneurial projects, develop strategic plans, conduct market research, manage timelines, and deliver actionable insights to startups. Expectations: Execute projects on schedule, produce clear reports, collaborate with entrepreneurs and consulting teams, and maintain high standards of project quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement project roadmaps for client startups. - Conduct market size, competitive, and customer intake analyses. - Draft client-facing reports, executive summaries, and recommendation decks. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (students, industry experts, entrepreneurs). - Track milestones, budget adherence, and performance metrics. - Provide timely data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations. - Ensure compliance with nonprofit governance and project accountability standards.
