Job Description
**Job Title** Junior Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Serve as the primary business contact for clients after onboarding, driving satisfaction, platform adoption, and retention while identifying growth opportunities across the portfolio. **Expectations** - Deliver consistently high CSAT and NPS scores. - Reduce churn and accelerate renewals. - Generate upsells and expansion revenue. - Provide actionable customer feedback to product, tech, and legal operations teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, acting as their dedicated post‑onboarding liaison. - Conduct regular follow‑up meetings (video, phone, email) to ensure successful platform usage. - Monitor adoption metrics; identify early signals of friction or churn risk. - Implement preventive actions to secure adoption and contract renewals. - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities (add‑ons, new entities, modules). - Collaborate with Sales on cross‑sell and renewal opportunities. - Gather and compile customer feedback for product, technical, and legal teams. - Contribute to continuous improvement of CS processes and playbooks. - Report on CSAT, NPS, churn rates, and upsell performance. **Required Skills** - 1+ year experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Support (internship or apprenticeship acceptable). - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Strong client‑first mindset; excellent communication, listening, and diplomatic skills. - Business acumen to spot and pursue growth opportunities. - Problem‑solving ability with tact in sensitive situations. - Fluency in French (written and spoken). - Professional English language skills are an advantage. - Interest or familiarity with GDPR/legal matters is a plus. - Passion for LegalTech/SaaS sectors preferred. - Team player who thrives in a fast‑growing startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, law, or a related field is preferred. - No specific certifications required.
