Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager
Role Summary
Leads full‑cycle enterprise application projects for finance, operations, HR, and sales systems. Ensures projects align with business requirements, integrate with existing systems, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Expectations
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication at all levels, including executive reporting.
- Drive adoption and stabilization post‑deployment.
- Uphold SOX‑compliant processes and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication frameworks.
- Coordinate technical teams, functional leads, and third‑party vendors.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and data migration activities.
- Track performance metrics (cost, scope, timeline) and report on progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.
- Lead change management, user adoption, and UAT planning/execution.
- Prepare executive‑level status reports and presentations.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of project management, with ≥4 years in enterprise software (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Expertise in application integration, data governance, and SaaS implementation models.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains.
- Proficiency with ERP/EDI systems; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, EDI, or Workday preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a SOX‑compliant environment.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
