**Job Title** Corporate Lead nCino/Salesforce Application Administrator **Role Summary** Lead and administer the nCino Commercial Lending Application and Salesforce platform. Direct end‑user support, system maintenance, integration management, release coordination, and documentation. Mentor junior admins and support specialists while ensuring compliance with audit standards and business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver robust, secure administration of nCino and Salesforce environments. - Drive process improvements, performance tuning, and issue resolution. - Coordinate cross‑functional releases and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Support audit and regulatory requirements, maintaining high data integrity. - Provide leadership and professional guidance to the application support team. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer user access, roles, profiles, and security for Salesforce and nCino. - Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the nCino Commercial Lending App. - Manage scheduled system maintenance, patches, and vendor upgrades. - Develop and maintain integration points with third‑party applications and services. - Coordinate releases and new feature implementations in collaboration with Development, QA, and functional teams. - Lead troubleshooting of platform outages and communicate status to Service Desk and business units. - Create and update technical documentation, test plans, and user guides. - Conduct system testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) for releases and enhancements. - Mentor junior admins and support specialists, ensuring adherence to internal standards and audit requirements. - Serve as a technical liaison between IT, business units, and management. **Required Skills** - Advanced Salesforce Administration (custom objects, workflow, flows, validation rules, data model, security). - In‑depth knowledge of nCino banking modules and configuration. - Release management, change control, and deployment best practices. - Integration concepts (API, middleware, data replication). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Leadership and team‑coaching experience. - Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GLBA). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent). - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred). - nCino Implementation Specialist or nCino Administrator certification (preferred). - Minimum 3–5 years of experience administering Salesforce in a corporate environment; 2+ years with nCino preferred.
