Job Description
Job Title: RevOps Specialist Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain data‑driven tools, processes, and reporting that enable measurable performance and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and GTM operations for early‑stage B2B SaaS companies. Expectations: Deliver an integrated, scalable revenue engine that transforms data into actionable insights, improves pipeline visibility, automates routine tasks, and drives predictable revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and administer GTM tooling: configure CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), design automation workflows, and produce process documentation. - Build, update, and publish dashboards and reports that track sales and marketing metrics, pipeline health, and revenue KPIs. - Collaborate with the RevOps team and GTM strategists to define metrics, processes, and system architecture across pods. - Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and conversion tracking. - Work with GTM Engineers to develop and refine automated workflows that enhance data accuracy and consistency. - Provide analytical support to GTM teams for strategy and decision‑making. - Manage monthly commission calculations and support plan design, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proficiency with CRMs and automation platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce). - Strong analytical mindset: translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. - Experience building or refining operational processes in fast‑moving, ambiguous settings. - Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills. - Proven ability to create reporting automation and process documentation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). - CRM certifications (Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Marketing or Sales Software) are preferred but not required.
