Job Title: Analytics Solution Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain data‑centric solutions to enhance business intelligence and automation across the organization.
Expectations:
- Deliver functional dashboards, reports, and custom applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize interactive dashboards, reports, and custom apps using Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint Online.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate or equivalent tools.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from Excel, SQL, and internal systems.
- Integrate data sources to create seamless reporting pipelines.
- Train and support end users on Power Platform solutions.
- Communicate insights through visuals, presentations, and storytelling.
- Monitor metrics, generate stakeholder reports, and adhere to corporate procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital innovation.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in software engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and logical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to translate business needs into user‑friendly solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, MIS, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field.
- Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS tools, SQL, or other data integration platforms is a plus.
