Job Description

**Job title** Sales Engineer **Role Summary** Leverage deep technical expertise to deliver AWS and/or Azure solutions to clients, translating complex cloud technologies into actionable business value. Engages directly with customers to diagnose challenges, architect solutions, and drive adoption of cloud services. **Expactations** - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with cloud platforms and industry trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct needs assessments and technical discovery sessions with prospects and existing customers. - Design and present comprehensive cloud architecture solutions that address performance, security, and cost objectives. - Provide pre‑sales support, including demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution workshops. - Collaborate with sales, product, and account teams to create technical proposals and ROI analyses. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues during engagement and post‑implementation phases. - Keep abreast of new AWS/Azure services, security tools, and best practices to enhance solution offerings. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure (EC2/VM, VPC, S3/Blob, IAM). - Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems. - Strong knowledge of cloud networking, identity & access management, and storage solutions. - Familiarity with third‑party and native security tools, data protection, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. - Excellent problem‑solving and solution‑design methodology. - Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
