Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing
Role Summary: Lead the global brand strategy and execution of integrated, 360° seasonal and evergreen campaigns across digital, social, experiential, partnerships, and traditional channels, enhancing brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business impact.
Expectations: Deliver measurable brand growth through culturally relevant campaigns, maintain consistent brand positioning, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage PR, events, and agency relationships, and mentor a high‑performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end development of seasonal campaigns (e.g., Mother’s Day, Ramadan, holidays).
- Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction aligned with business goals.
- Oversee PR strategy, media relations, influencer collaborations, and crisis communication.
- Design and execute a calendar of brand events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints in partnership with product and creative teams.
- Manage internal and external partner relationships, including agency and art direction.
- Monitor industry, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform proactive strategies.
- Define, track, and report KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a cross‑functional brand marketing team.
- Own the full seasonal global marketing calendar.
Required Skills:
- 8–12+ years progressive brand marketing experience in consumer, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
- Proven success leading multi‑channel integrated campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Expertise in PR, media relations, thought leadership, influencer marketing, and event promotion.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of cultural trends, consumer behavior, and brand building.
- Aesthetic judgment and passion for creative concept development.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or PR are a plus.
