**Job Title** Marketing Manager – Retail **Role Summary** Lead and execute retail marketing initiatives for a flagship store and regional outlets, driving customer traffic, engagement, and brand affinity through coordinated activations, events, and localized campaigns. **Expectations** - 4–6 years of experience in retail, brand, or experiential marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors. - Proven record of supporting in‑store events, activations, and regional campaigns. - Strong organizational and project‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaborative abilities, comfortable operating in fast‑paced, multi‑priority environments. - Awareness of local cultural trends and media channels is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute flagship marketing activations (events, promotions, content moments). - Coordinate with creative, store, PR, and social teams for seamless in‑store experiences. - Identify and secure local partnerships and cultural pull‑points aligned with brand values. - Implement localized marketing campaigns for the NYC & Tri‑State region to boost awareness and footfall. - Manage timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics for retail marketing projects. - Ensure campaigns align with national brand standards and creative guidelines. - Collect, analyze, and report on KPI data, providing insights for optimization and future planning. - Collaborate with field teams to tailor activations to community needs. **Required Skills** - Retail and experiential marketing strategy - Event planning and activation execution - Vendor coordination and budget oversight - Project management and timeline control - Strong written and verbal communication - Analytical skills with KPI tracking and reporting - Social media and PR amplification - Adaptability to fast‑moving, multi‑priority environments **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
