Job Description
Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst (Junior) Role Summary: Supports the delivery of cyber security services across a client portfolio by assisting with training, simulated phishing campaigns, email threat analysis, policy creation, vulnerability scanning hardware management, and client communications. Expactations: Demonstrates strong motivation and willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manages workloads and meets deadlines, possesses a passion for IT and cyber security, and has basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript as advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the cyber security training team with campaign launches and report generation. - Design and execute custom simulated phishing campaigns using the in‑house platform. - Monitor client communications and respond to queries via phone and email. - Analyze potentially malicious emails received from clients. - Develop and deliver cyber security policy packs tailored to client needs. - Build, configure, and maintain physical vulnerability scanning hardware. - Collaborate closely with consultants to support overall service delivery. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude. - High attention to detail and organizational discipline. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of IT and cyber security principles. - Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is beneficial. - Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. - Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
