REDEN is an independent producer of photovoltaic renewable energy, focused on the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants on an international level. Founded in 2008 in the French Lot-et-Garonne region, REDEN owns and operates 1 GW of installed capacity on 800 sites. Job Description
**Job Title** IT Systems Manager (H/F) **Role Summary** Lead the daily management of information systems, drive the evolution of IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, network, application support, and security across a multinational environment. Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensure high availability, and enable digital transformation initiatives while managing a core technical team. **Expectations** - Lead the IT function in alignment with corporate objectives. - Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT services for all business units. - Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology adoption. - Maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through proactive support and communication. **Key Responsibilities** - **IT Governance** – Implement and evolve the IT strategy; supervise cross‑functional projects (infrastructure, security, applications, digitalisation). - **Network & Connectivity** – Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions; manage inter‑entity connectivity. - **Business Applications** – Support and evolve core applications (ERP, business tools); gather user requirements, prioritise enhancements, and integrate solutions across sites. - **Infrastructure & Security** – Oversee servers, storage, cloud, virtualisation, and telecommunication systems; enforce security policies, compliance, risk management, and data protection. - **Team Management** – Lead a technical team of 5; organise work, allocate resources, and coach staff. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience in IT governance, project management, and operations. - Strong knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls). - Proficient with virtualization (VMware ESXi), Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365. - Skilled with backup and data protection solutions (Veeam), security platforms (Stormshield). - Ability to coordinate multi‑site, multi‑country initiatives. - Advanced written and spoken English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of senior IT management experience under similar responsibilities. - Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CISSP or equivalent) are advantageous.
