**Job Title**
IT Systems Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the daily management of information systems, drive the evolution of IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, network, application support, and security across a multinational environment. Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensure high availability, and enable digital transformation initiatives while managing a core technical team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Governance** – Implement and evolve the IT strategy; supervise cross‑functional projects (infrastructure, security, applications, digitalisation).
- **Network & Connectivity** – Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions; manage inter‑entity connectivity.
- **Business Applications** – Support and evolve core applications (ERP, business tools); gather user requirements, prioritise enhancements, and integrate solutions across sites.
- **Infrastructure & Security** – Oversee servers, storage, cloud, virtualisation, and telecommunication systems; enforce security policies, compliance, risk management, and data protection.
- **Team Management** – Lead a technical team of 5; organise work, allocate resources, and coach staff.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive experience in IT governance, project management, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Proficient with virtualization (VMware ESXi), Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365.
- Skilled with backup and data protection solutions (Veeam), security platforms (Stormshield).
- Ability to coordinate multi‑site, multi‑country initiatives.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of senior IT management experience under similar responsibilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CISSP or equivalent) are advantageous.
