**Job Title** Country Manager – UK **Role Summary** Lead Sis ID’s commercial expansion in the United Kingdom, establishing the brand, driving revenue growth, and managing a local client portfolio while coordinating cross‑functional operations and reporting to senior EU leadership. **Expectations** - Deliver a sustainable growth plan and achieve predefined revenue targets. - Build a local ecosystem of key accounts and strategic partners. - Ensure market profitability through disciplined KPI monitoring. - Maintain frequent, data‑driven reporting to the International Sales Manager and European Sales Director. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute the UK market strategy in partnership with the International Sales Manager and European Sales Director. - Prospect, negotiate, and close first contracts with large accounts, mid‑market companies, and strategic partners. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support to localise the offering and drive market fit. - Represent Sis ID at trade shows, events, and networking forums to enhance visibility. - Monitor performance indicators (lead generation, sales pipeline, margin) and adjust tactics accordingly. - Provide regular analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - 5–8 years of experience in international business development or market launch. - In‑depth knowledge of the UK B2B landscape and regulatory environment. - Strong strategic thinking, autonomy, and results orientation. - Excellent English (C1/C2), written and oral. - Proven ability to negotiate and close complex B2B deals. - Experience in fintech, SaaS, or cybersecurity is advantageous. - Leadership capability and comfort working in an agile, fast‑growth setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - Any additional qualification in sales, strategy, or fintech is a plus.
