**Job Title**
Senior Finance Analyst
**Role Summary**
Act as the senior financial leader for a multi‑country operation, delivering strategic planning, reporting, and compliance across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan. Own consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and automation initiatives while providing actionable insights as a key business partner.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, timely financial statements and group reports.
- Implement and scale automated finance workflows and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Drive financial discipline, cost optimisation, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead finance operations across three regions, establishing governance and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage group consolidation and inter‑company accounting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for all entities.
- Automate invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting using AI‑driven tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Oversee cash‑flow planning, treasury, banking, payroll, and internal controls.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings (VAT, corporate tax) and liaise with external advisors.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, GL, and month‑end close.
- Lead, coach, and develop finance teams across multiple locations.
- Champion procurement, vendor evaluation, and cost‑control initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years finance/management experience in multi‑country environments.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, global reporting standards, and UK tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in automation, digital finance, and AI‑assisted systems.
- Proficiency building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to design policies, SOPs, and scalable financial procedures.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
