**Job Title** Product Manager – Internal Tools **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end development of internal software tools that support engineering and operational workflows. Own product vision, roadmap, and KPI measurement while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact, user‑centric solutions within an agile environment. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. - Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. - Manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy‑in across technical and non‑technical groups. - Demonstrate an iterative, data‑driven approach to product decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct user research, gather workflows and pain points, and translate insights into prioritized product features. - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, scope, and KPI metrics to stakeholders. - Act as the primary liaison between leadership, engineering, quality assurance, and service line specialists. - Collaborate with software development engineers, quality engineers, and domain experts to create epics, user stories, and detailed specifications. - Coordinate release planning, sprint reviews, and post‑release feedback loops. - Manage a portfolio of internal tools, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and enhance operational efficiency. - Evaluate build‑vs‑buy options and engage with the market to identify ready‑made solutions. - Maintain backlog health, provide transparency on progress, and manage upcoming releases. - Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity, encouraging rapid experimentation and learning. - Analyze data and user feedback to iterate on features, driving adoption, growth, and satisfaction. - Develop an understanding of enterprise architecture to ensure seamless integration of tools within the broader ecosystem. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years product management experience in software development. - Proven track record of launching products from concept to market. - Experience in small, dynamic teams or early‑stage startup environments with rapid experimentation. - Strong grasp of agile methodologies and software development processes. - Excellent cross‑functional communication and prioritization abilities. - Analytical mindset with expertise in data‑driven decision‑making; financial modelling skills a plus. - User‑focused mentality, committed to solving real‑world problems. - Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take initiative and influence outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
