Multimedia Project Manager (Corporate)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end production for film, 3D animation, e‑learning, and print/digital projects. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and serve as primary liaison between clients and in‑house creatives. Deliver high‑quality content that aligns with strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee multiple simultaneous projects across film, animation, and design from brief to delivery.
- Create, update, and enforce production schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Translate client briefs into actionable project plans and guide teams through all stages.
- Coordinate production crews, editors, animators, designers, and external suppliers.
- Provide creative support, ensuring storytelling, structure, and visual quality.
- Manage project documentation: call sheets, risk assessments, feedback logs, delivery plans.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards and client specifications.
- Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and cost estimation.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of production or producer experience in a creative/media/agency setting.
- Proven track record delivering film, 3D animation, and print/digital design projects.
- Strong time‑management, budgeting, and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of video and 3D animation workflows.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Calm, adaptable, highly organized under pressure.
- Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Excel).
- E‑learning or VR experience is a bonus.
- Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and workflow improvements.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Design, or a related field (equivalent work experience acceptable).
