**Job title**
Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and administration of Salesforce environments to support complex business processes. Deliver efficient, secure, and compliant solutions that enhance operational efficiency across Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, Data, and Omnichannel Clouds.
**Expectations**
- Drive end‑to‑end Salesforce initiatives, from requirements gathering to production rollout, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain high data quality, system reliability, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Foster user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, managing user setup, security controls, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access models.
- Design and implement automation using Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Customize and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning apps to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure data integrity via governance, deduplication, cleansing, and reporting/analytics.
- Manage integrations with enterprise systems, monitoring API performance and resolving errors proactively.
- Lead user enablement activities, including training, documentation, and adoption initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative development.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical solutions into business terms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Application Architect.
- Minimum of 2‑5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and development experience.
