Job Description
Job Title: Marketing & Media Executive Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns and media programmes across the organisation. Manage budgets, media schedules, reporting, and supplier/agency coordination to ensure seamless workflow and data accuracy. Expectations: - Deliver on tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain organisational rigor across multiple concurrent projects. - Collaborate proactively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. - Demonstrate continuous learning and ownership of key marketing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate marketing activity and support campaign teams across all channels. - Handle purchase orders, track spend and reconcile budgets in close partnership with finance. - Maintain and update media plans and schedules for ATL and digital campaigns. - Produce regular reports, updates and competitor insights for stakeholders. - Liaise with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to keep media and campaign activity on track. - Organise team meetings, events, asset libraries and documentation. - Ensure efficient, smooth processes across all marketing and media workflows. Required Skills: - Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency with numbers, budgeting and advanced Excel functions. - Prior experience in marketing, media, administration or finance‑support roles. - Knowledge of media channels (TV, digital, OOH or similar). - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. - Excellent communication skills and relationship‑building abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
