Job Title: Account Manager Role Summary: Manage and grow client accounts in electric distribution, building strong relationships, expanding sales, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring trends, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute account strategies to increase revenue. - Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities. - Build and nurture long‑term client relationships. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams. - Track and analyze account performance and market trends. - Maintain accurate CRM data and report on key metrics. - Resolve escalated client issues and propose solutions.
