Job Description
**Job Title** Technical Implementation Analyst (UK) **Role Summary** Support Implementation Project Leads in delivering rapid, accurate go‑live deployments for AuditBoard clients. Responsibilities include data collection, cleansing, transformation, application configuration, user and permission setup, customer communication, and overall project management. Works closely with the product team to surface issues and drive process improvements, while advancing technical capabilities in integrations and analytics. **Expectations** - 1–2+ years in a professional SaaS or technology‑focused role. - Self‑motivated, high‑energy, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client interactions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing timelines and priorities. - Proactively seek learning opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather, review, and cleanse client data; perform transformations for AuditBoard use. 2. Configure the application, set up user accounts, and manage permissions. 3. Communicate status, issues, and solutions to clients via phone, email, and web tools. 4. Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with Implementation project leads. 5. Evaluate application features, document improvement requests, and coordinate with development. 6. Champion methodology refinements and enable the Customer Success organization. 7. Expand technical expertise in integrations, analytics, and related technologies. **Required Skills** - Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, XLOOKUP, pivot tables). - Ability to build macros; experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools is a plus. - Familiarity with SaaS operations and technology products. - Superior interpersonal and communication skills; clear online communication. - Strong attention to detail and data/configuration accuracy. - Effective time‑management, organizational, and critical thinking abilities. - Safer collaboration with customers and cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. No specific certifications required.
