Job Description
Job Title: VP of Marketing Role Summary: Lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for a mission‑driven health brand, scaling growth across multiple product verticals. Own budget, measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Expectations: - 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, preferably in DTC, health, wellness, or consumer technology. - Proven track record driving rapid growth and launching new verticals. - Experience with influencer, podcast, partnership, and subscription‑model marketing. - Strong data‑driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing and performance analytics. - Hands‑on operator who can design strategy and execute with a small team. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute marketing and brand strategy to build a trusted patient experience. - Establish marketing frameworks, processes, and build a high‑performance team. - Drive growth across DTC channels: eCommerce, paid and organic media. - Manage the marketing budget, forecast growth metrics, and optimize ROI. - Lead measurement & analytics, refining pricing, campaigns, funnels, and messaging. - Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Technology teams to ensure a cohesive consumer experience. Required Skills: - Leadership, inspiration, and stakeholder alignment. - Digital acquisition channels: social, paid search, email, retention. - Budget ownership and performance accountability. - Analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
