Job Description
**Job Title** Security Operations Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage contract security operations for a multi‑state region, supervising site supervisors and field officers. Ensure client satisfaction, staff compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting business development initiatives. **Expectations** - Provide decisive leadership and maintain high‑quality client relationships. - Work a flexible schedule (1st shift Monday‑Friday), including 16+ billable hours weekly and travel within the assigned region. - Maintain a Concealed Pistols License for armed contract duties. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee supervisors and security officers, ensuring adherence to client requirements, company policies, and performance metrics. - Conduct regular site visits, document findings, and provide actionable reports. - Coordinate and deliver training (general officer, supervisor, CPR/First Aid/AED) and act as ProTrainings skill evaluator. - Administer performance appraisals, progressive discipline, and HR consults for personnel matters. - Manage payroll, billing, and overtime, ensuring compliance with established thresholds. - Recruit, deploy, and manage temporary assignments, ensuring memorandums of understanding and clear deployment instructions. - Foster continuous improvement and business development activities aligned with company goals. **Required Skills** - Proven supervisory or leadership experience in security or related field. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain client and employee relationships. - Proficiency in performance management, discipline, and HR procedures. - Time‑management skills to balance site visits, training, and administrative duties. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory). - Valid Concealed Pistols License. - CPR/First Aid/AED certification (current required). - ProTrainings CPR/First Aid/AED skill evaluator credential preferred.
