**Job Title:** Software Developer **Role Summary:** Full-Stack Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. Implements both front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring performance, usability, and code quality within an Agile environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, testable code on schedule. - Collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to product definition. - Actively pursue learning and application of emerging technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and document software solutions following team standards. - Write, debug, and maintain code in OOP languages and Microsoft frameworks. - Build responsive interfaces with React and other UI technologies. - Develop robust server‑side logic using C#, .NET, and Azure services. - Investigate and resolve client‑reported issues with support and engineering teams. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Follow coding best practices and clean‑code principles. - Support production systems as needed (up to 10 % travel for events). **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure. - React framework experience for client‑side development. - Object‑oriented programming and software design fundamentals. - Agile development and CI/CD pipeline familiarity. - Debugging, unit testing, and code review skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self‑starter, curious, open to feedback, and result‑driven. **Nice To Have:** - Knowledge of AWS, Node.js, TypeScript. - Cloud architecture concepts. - Bilingual French/English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
