Job Description: **Job Title** Water Supply Operations Officer – Contract Position **Role Summary** Provide technical and administrative support for water supply projects in a regional authority. Lead and coordinate works, conduct studies, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards for water distribution, network renewal, and farm water use projects. **Expectations** • 3‑year contract with potential extension. • Full‑time (35 hrs/week) with flexible schedule (4‑day, 4.5‑day, or 5‑day blocks). • Ability to work remotely up to 1.5 days per week. • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and use of shared service vehicle. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop work programmes aligned with the Multi‑annual Investment Plan (PPI). 2. Prepare and conduct necessary studies for project implementation. 3. Draft, monitor, and supervise contracts, service agreements, and engineering scopes of work. 4. Conduct technical and administrative control of contracted work. 5.
