Job Description
**Job Title** Business Integration Analyst **Role Summary** Owner of client and internal integration projects, designing and implementing data flows between external partners and Walden’s WMS/TMS systems. Works independently or collaboratively to elicit requirements, architect solutions using standard protocols (EDIFACT, X12, iDoc, SFTP, AS2, APIs) and mid‑tier middleware, and coordinates implementation with cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions that meet client requirements and internal standards. - Communicate effectively with clients, technical staff, and senior stakeholders to define scope, validate designs, and resolve issues. - Handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** - Own integration requirements from elicitation to delivery. - Lead workshops to define and scope client integration projects. - Design and document data/message flows and high‑level integration architecture. - Coordinate with IT, project management, QA, and operations teams during implementation. - Support functional and system testing of integration interfaces. - Liaise with stakeholders to clarify business needs and provide updates. - Assist sales/management with integration requests and feasibility assessments. - Investigate and resolve escalated incidents related to integration issues. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in business‑process modelling and integration design (UDM, BPMN). - Deep knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, iDoc) and connection protocols (SFTP, AS2, REST/SOAP APIs). - Experience with middleware platforms used for WMS/TMS integration. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and across diverse cultural contexts. - Familiarity with logistics processes (goods in/out, order‑to‑cash, warehouse movement, transport). - Knowledge of pharma logistics and GxP practices is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP Integration, EDI) preferred but not mandatory.
