**Job Title**
Information Security Administrator
**Role Summary**
Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the organization’s IT infrastructure by administering systems, implementing security controls, and managing risk. Act as a central point for security policy enforcement, incident response, and continuous improvement of the security posture across on‑premise, virtualized, and cloud environments.
**Expectations**
Deliver secure, compliant, and resilient IT operations. Maintain high‑quality documentation, provide timely incident and patch management, and collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to integrate security into projects and daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor servers, networks, applications, virtualized environments, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Deploy, configure, and update security tools (firewalls, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, MFA, PKI).
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses; manage patch lifecycle.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and security events; investigate, triage, and contain incidents.
- Develop, maintain, and improve security policies, procedures, and documentation (PSSI, ISO 27001, NIST, SANS).
- Oversee identity and access management, including strong authentication and privileged access controls.
- Provide security training and awareness initiatives for internal users.
- Stay current on threat intelligence, regulatory changes (GDPR, LPM, ISO 27001), and emerging technologies.
- Participate in crisis management and post‑incident analysis to enhance resilience.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware, Nutanix, and cloud platforms.
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and infrastructure security.
- Experience with security solutions: antivirus, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, MFA, PKI, encryption.
- Incident forensics, log analysis, and threat detection skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, EBIOS, NIST, SANS, and ANSSI best practices.
- Experience in patch management, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
