Expectations: • Expand existing resources and build new profitable opportunities. • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and meet sales targets. • Ensure alignment of local growth goals with headquarters strategy. • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and identify new sealing product opportunities in the UK and EU. • Build, advise, and maintain a sales pipeline with corporate guidance. • Engage with global account managers to align local strategies. • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions. • Manage customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction and loyalty. • Provide technical partnership and solutions to clients.
