Job Description
**Job title** Coordinator, Marketing and Communications **Role Summary** Supports leasing and marketing efforts for commercial real‑estate portfolio across Canada. Manages property listings, marketing collateral, vendor coordination, online presence, and sales‑lead pipelines. Works cross‑functionally with leasing, asset management, and communications teams to align campaigns with national strategy. **Expectations** * Deliver accurate, brand‑consistent marketing materials and digital assets. * Respond proactively to leasing team requests and vendor inquiries. * Monitor and improve lead quality and conversion metrics. * Maintain up‑to‑date market research and competitive insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Conceptualise, develop and execute creative campaigns for leasing, asset management and brand initiatives. * Coordinate leasing marketing collateral, budgets, campaigns and channel usage in line with national strategy. * Serve as single contact point for leasing team on all marketing and lead‑management matters. * Qualify, enter and nurture income leads via leasing platform, email and cold‑lead re‑engagement. * Produce and maintain tour packages, brochures and other collateral, ensuring brand consistency. * Plan, coordinate and promote building tours, broker events and educational campaigns. * Assist in competitive building analysis and market research for pricing and positioning. * Evaluate and report on marketing material effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data. * Analyse campaign performance and ROI of marketing platforms. * Manage social media content calendar and assist with broader communications initiatives and distribution lists. * Coordinate participation at industry conferences, tradeshows and promotional events. * Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to inform best practices. **Required Skills** * Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field. * Knowledge of commercial real‑estate leasing and current marketing trends. * Proficiency with digital marketing tools and techniques. * Strong communication, storytelling and presentation abilities. * Experience with lease‑management or CRM software (VTS and HubSpot preferred). * Detail‑oriented, highly organised, capable of prioritising in fast‑paced environment. * Proactive, creative and responsive with a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism or a comparable discipline. * Certification in digital marketing or CRM usage is an advantage.
