Job Description
**Job title** Full Stack Engineer (Product) **Role Summary** Own end‑to‑end product initiatives for Delphi’s interactive “digital mind” platform. Design, develop, and ship scalable Next.js, Python, and AWS‑based systems that enable creators to build and share mind profiles while delivering seamless consumer discovery and interaction experiences. **Expectations** - Deliver complete, high‑quality features from concept through launch. - Ensure systems support rapid growth, millions of daily interactions, and high availability. - Apply industry best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous delivery. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and data teams to shape feature requirements and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement foundational services for Mind Studio, interaction (text/voice/video) engines, and consumer discovery pipelines. - Design durable data models, efficient SQL schemas, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. - Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs with clear versioning, caching, queueing, and background task workflows. - Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) APIs, optimizing usage and model prompts. - Optimize performance, resilience, and self‑healing patterns across the stack. - Participate in code review, architectural decisions, and technical mentorship of team members. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Next.js and Python. - Deep experience with SQL, database design, and relational/NoSQL data stores. - Hands‑on AWS knowledge (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch). - Containerization with Docker (and orchestration via ECS/EKS or similar). - Systems architecture, API design, queues, caching, background processing, and resilience engineering. - Experience integrating and tuning LLMs via external APIs. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills. - Bonus: Prompt engineering and LLM optimization experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required.
