Job Description
**Job title** Software Developer – Internship (M/F) **Role Summary** An end‑of‑study internship focused on designing, developing, and integrating internal software tools to enhance business processes. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing current workflows, refining applications, and providing user support and documentation. **Expectations** - Internship starting January 2026, lasting 6 months. - Candidate must be enrolled in or have completed a 5‑year (Bac +5) program in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. - Demonstrated knowledge of software development, systems integration and an aptitude for translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong problem‑solving skills, initiative, and a willingness to innovate. - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. - Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop internal applications (mission tracking, billing, CRM, time tracking, workload management). - Integrate new tools to optimize and streamline business processes. - Perform business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement via IT solutions. - Collaborate closely with functional teams to capture requirements and incorporate feedback. - Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. - Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support. - Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Programming fundamentals and object‑oriented design (Java, PHP, C++ preferred). - Experience with software development life cycle, version control, and testing. - Systems integration knowledge (APIs, databases, middleware). - Analytical mindset for process improvement. - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English. - Team‑orientated, proactive, and self‑motivated. **Required Education & Certifications** - Level 5 (Bac +5) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent. - No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of industry best practices (e.g., Agile, UML) is advantageous.
