Job Description: **Job Title** Product Transformation Consultant **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end product transformation consulting for startups, scale‑ups, and established tech companies. Lead strategy, design, and execution of product organization change, coaching teams and aligning stakeholders across multiple European markets. **Expectations** - Deliver critically high-value projects with measurable impact on product maturity. - Work closely with senior leadership (CEO, partners) to shape product strategy. - Adapt rapidly to diverse clients, industries, and geographies. - Demonstrate relentless customer focus, agency, and resilience under pressure. **Key Responsibilities** - Diagnose current product organization, processes, and capabilities. - Co‑create tailored transformation roadmaps covering strategy, portfolio management, product delivery, and cultural alignment. - Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions for product leaders and cross‑functional teams. - Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption, ensuring sustainable implementation. - Produce concise, actionable deliverables (strategic plans, frameworks, metrics dashboards). - Maintain knowledge of product best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to advise clients. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years of product management experience. - Minimum 3 years in a consulting environment (MBB preference). - Strong technical background paired with solid business acumen. - Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and inspirational leadership. - Ability to synthesize complex information quickly and produce clear written outputs. - High resilience, self‑management, and willingness to take ownership of projects. - Multilingual proficiency: fluent in Dutch, French, and English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Consulting certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus. ---
