Job title: Software Engineer – Integration Platform
Role Summary: Design, build, and scale a robust integration platform that connects to hundreds of enterprise systems, ensuring reliable, fault‑tolerant connectivity for both modern APIs and legacy services. Lead architectural decisions, drive large projects, and collaborate with customers to capture complex integration needs while maintaining high code quality and operational excellence.
Expactations: Proven record of delivering complex, multi‑team, production‑grade systems at scale. Deep expertise in Go or comparable backend language, strong system‑thinking skills, and demonstrated technical leadership. High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity, with solid production monitoring, debugging, and AI‑assisted development experience. Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Architect and develop scalable, maintainable integration modules and connectors.
• Plan and execute large, incremental projects, assessing technical risks and trade‑offs.
• Engage directly with customers to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Set and enforce code quality standards through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Stabilize the team during uncertainty, prioritize work, and keep momentum.
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate effectively, and foster growth.
Required Skills: • Proficiency in Go (or similar backend language).
• System architecture and design for high‑availability, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience with production debugging, monitoring, and ops practices.
• Strong technical leadership: architecture, consensus building, and risk management.
• Ability to work with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Clear, persuasive communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with authentication and identity protocols (OAuth, SCIM, SAML, LDAP, etc.) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • No mandatory certifications required.
