Job title: Full Stack Developer
Role Summary: Senior developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. Collaborates closely with design, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver feature‑rich, high‑performance solutions that meet client and stakeholder requirements.
Expactations: Deliver clean, maintainable code in a timely manner; adhere to coding standards, unit and integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure application scalability, security, and optimal performance. Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop front‑end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React or Angular).
- Build and maintain back‑end services with Python, Node.js, Ruby, or PHP and corresponding frameworks (Django, Express.js, Laravel).
- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a front‑end framework (React or Angular).
- Experience with back‑end development (Python, Node.js, Ruby, or PHP) and frameworks (Django, Express.js, Laravel).
- Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Git version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Agile development experience, excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications in cloud platforms or relevant technologies are a plus.
