Job Description
**Job Title:** Investment Analyst **Role Summary:** Support the investment team of a design‑focused, sustainable commercial real‑estate platform by conducting financial analysis, underwriting, due‑diligence, and asset‑management reporting for new acquisitions and existing assets. Work closely with senior decision‑makers on live transactions and portfolio initiatives. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality financial models and analysis with strong attention to detail. - Operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. - Contribute to both acquisition and asset‑management processes. - Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain detailed Excel‑based financial models for acquisitions and existing assets. - Perform investment underwriting, sensitivity testing, and returns modeling. - Assist with due‑diligence, coordinate advisors, and support transaction execution. - Contribute to asset‑management analysis, portfolio reporting, and performance tracking. - Prepare investment memoranda, business plans, and supporting presentation materials. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel modeling and quantitative analysis. - Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking. - High level of organization and precision. - Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines. - Effective written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Real Estate, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university. - 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate private equity, investment management, advisory, or a comparable field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, or real‑estate finance qualifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
