**Job Title**: Account Director (US) **Role Summary** Senior executive sales leader responsible for acquiring new enterprise and mid‑market accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, and ensuring high renewal rates for a SaaS experience research platform. Drives consultative selling, builds trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite executives, and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver strategic value and business outcomes. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent new‑business wins and account growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual revenue targets. - Achieve industry‑leading renewal rates by showcasing measurable ROI and continued value. - Serve as a thought leader on experience research trends and influence product strategy through client feedback. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, identify, and close multi‑stakeholder deals with enterprise and mid‑market clients. - Conduct executive‑level consultative sales presentations, highlighting ROI and long‑term strategic fit. - Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned with client objectives, supporting cross‑team delivery. - Maintain ongoing advisory relationships, co‑creating adoption and growth strategies with client stakeholders. - Lead renewal negotiations, partnering with Renewal Management and Customer Success to secure loyalty. - Track and report on sales pipeline, win/loss metrics, and forecast accuracy. - Share market intelligence and client insights to refine go‑to‑market and product roadmaps. - Represent the company at industry events and client meetings as a subject‑matter expert. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of enterprise/mid‑market SaaS sales experience. - Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence. - Strong consultative selling mindset; ability to uncover and address strategic needs. - Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to change. - Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - (Preferred but not mandatory) Salesforce or other CRM proficiency; certification in consultative selling or account management a plus.
