Job Description

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Build and scale an AI‑native fintech SaaS platform, creating new features end‑to‑end from data modeling to polished UI, while shaping architecture and collaborating closely with founders. Expectations: • 5+ years delivering production web apps with React & TypeScript. • Full‑stack fluency (API, database, front‑end). • Cloud experience (AWS or equivalent). • Strong ownership, quality focus, and quick, iterative delivery. • Curiosity about AI, automation, and code‑assist tools. • Comfortable in a small, high‑energy team. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement new features from scratch (schema ↔ API ↔ UI). • Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions and trade‑offs. • Refine and scale architecture (multi‑tenant, AI‑heavy) as the platform grows. • Ship features to production rapidly and reliably. • Experiment with and integrate AI/automation tools to accelerate engineering. Required Skills: • React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js. • PostgreSQL, Prisma (or similar ORM). • GraphQL and API design. • AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, etc.). • Front‑end polish and responsive UI. • Unit/integration testing and CI/CD pipelines. • Version control (Git) and agile development. • Product‑mindset and fast‑iteration discipline. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
