**Job Title:** Digital Imaging Analyst **Role Summary:** Ensure reliable operation of automated document validation pipelines, including monitoring performance dashboards, supporting scanning software, managing rework, troubleshooting issues, developing SOPs, and coordinating releases to maintain SLA compliance. **Expectations:** - Maintain daily health of validation pipeline. - Respond swiftly to KPI alerts and issue tickets. - Continually improve processes through error analysis and training. - Communicate status and blockers to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor dashboards and logs, verify daily/shift counts, and alert on KPI deviations. - Provide L2/L3 support for PaperStream scanning: diagnose driver/profile stalls, export errors, and escalations to vendor/IT. - Intake and process client‑flagged rework: edit XML/PDF/TXT, re‑run validations, and re‑queue for successful upload. - Investigate and remediate items in the error queue: file‑name/metadata correction or route to Manual QC. - Analyze recurring errors, publish quick‑start training tips for scanning personnel. - Author, update, and enforce SOPs/runbooks for PaperStream support, rework handling, validation processes, and release/change management. - Track script/library versions, conduct change tests, and communicate cutover/rollback plans. - Keep scanning floor, QA, and leadership informed on SLAs, blockers, and volume trends. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years in production operations for document or content workflows. - Proficiency with scanning software (PaperStream or equivalent). - Comfortable editing PowerShell and Batch scripts; basic Windows administration. - Strong XML knowledge and file‑system automation experience. - Troubleshooting, incident communication, and SLA‑focused mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
