Founder Associate – Paris (Internship)
**Role Summary**
Support the CEO and C‑Level leadership in a high‑growth food tech startup, driving cross‑functional projects in growth, sales, operations, marketing and strategy. Act as a full‑stack partner in scaling supply‑chain solutions for restaurants, managing project lifecycles, sales pipelines, and product portfolio expansion.
**Expectations**
- Work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other executives.
- Deliver tangible outcomes on prioritized initiatives across growth, sales, and ops.
- Demonstrate high energy, creative problem‑solving, and analytical rigor.
- Maintain strong autonomy while collaborating across teams.
- Own project ownership from ideation through execution and measurement.
- Show adaptability and a continuous learning mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Growth & Projects**: Lead cross‑functional projects, set milestones, track deliverables, report progress.
- **Sales**: Manage pipeline for trade‑marketing contracts with suppliers, conduct negotiations, close deals.
- **Operations**: Drive expansion of product catalog, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on new category launches.
- **Strategy & Marketing**: Contribute insights for go‑to‑market plans, product positioning, and customer acquisition.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate status to C‑Level, support Executive decision‑making, maintain daily liaison with Chief of Staff.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze pricing, margin, and market trends to inform product and pricing strategies.
