Job Description: **Job title**: Conversational AI Designer **Role Summary**: Design, build, and refine agentic conversational experiences that understand user intent, act autonomously, and deliver goal‑oriented support. Collaborate closely with AI, UX, and data teams to create natural, efficient interactions. **Expectations**: - 3–5 years of experience in conversational design, AI UX, or related fields. - Proven track record of designing conversational flows that deliver measurable outcomes. - Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and communicating effectively in English (additional Dutch or French beneficial). **Key Responsibilities**: - Architect user‑centric conversation journeys aligned with business goals. - Develop autonomous agents that adapt to diverse user behaviors. - Integrate and iterate on AI back‑ends (Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework, LangChain). - Prototype and test multi‑turn interactions, employing iterative refinements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (AI engineers, UX designers, data scientists) to ensure seamless, efficient interactions. - Document design decisions, conversation logs, and performance metrics for continuous improvement. **Required Skills**: - Conversational design & UX principles for AI interfaces. - Experience with major bot platforms: Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework, LangChain. - Strong understanding of user experience impact in AI contexts. - Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), prompt engineering, and multi‑agent systems (bonus). - Proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French language skills are advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or related field. - Relevant certifications in AI, UX, or conversational design are highly regarded.
