Job Title: IT Developer – Python / SQL (P&L Projects)
Job Description: Job Title: IT Developer – Python / SQL (P&L Projects) Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based solutions for P&L projects, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and performance requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver MVPs and support production deployment. Expactations: 50 % on‑site, 50 % remote; Agile mindset with continuous learning, collaboration, and feedback orientation; strong communication in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French). Key Responsibilities: - Elaborate detailed technical designs and estimates for development tasks. - Write, review, and refactor Python code, SQL queries, and Access database structures. - Perform unit, integration, and assembly testing; manage defect tracking and resolution. - Prepare production installation packages and coordinate release activities. - Document design decisions, code, testing procedures, and review outcomes. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team. Required Skills: - 2–5 years of professional development experience. - Mastery of Python, SQL, and Access database design. - Solid technical analysis and capacity to deliver MVPs in an Agile setting. - Experience with P&L or financial data handling is a plus. - Team‑player, accurate, rigorous, methodical. - Fluency in English and at least one of Dutch or French. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. - Certifications in Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) preferred.
