Paid Social Media Executive
**Role Summary**
Design, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to achieve client objectives. Monitor performance, report insights, and continuously improve strategies in line with brand guidelines and social media best‑practice.
**Expactations**
* Deliver measurable campaign results that meet or exceed client KPIs.
* Rapidly adapt to platform changes, audience shifts, and market trends.
* Act as a social‑media subject‑matter expert for assigned channels.
* Maintain clear, data‑driven communication with clients and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute paid social media strategies for multiple clients.
2. Set up campaigns using platform ad managers (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
3. Allocate budgets, target audiences, and conduct A/B testing to optimize reach and ROI.
4. Analyze performance data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Monitor social listening insights and competitive activity.
6. Stay updated on platform policies, emerging trends, and best practices.
7. Coordinate with creative and content teams to align ad copy, visuals, and messaging.
8. Serve as the primary knowledge source for the chosen social channel.
**Required Skills**
* Proven experience managing paid campaigns on multiple social platforms.
* Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and related tools.
* Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret metrics and drive data‑based optimizations.
* Creative thinking for audience segmentation, copy, and visual assets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Awareness of employer, education, and youth marketing (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* Paid‑social certifications (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certified).
