**Job Title** Motion Design Intern / Content Creator **Role Summary** A 2‑month remote internship focused on creating high‑impact animated content for a new AI‑powered recruitment platform. The role involves developing short videos, stories, and visual campaigns that support the brand’s digital presence across social media, web, and presentations. **Expectations** - Complete the internship within 2 months, working independently under the founding team’s guidance. - Produce a professional portfolio of animated projects for real‑world use. - Demonstrate clear communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a strong aesthetic sense aligned with a startup environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and animate teasers, stories, video capsules, and social posts. - Create explainer videos presenting platform features and value. - Ideate and storyboard visual communication campaigns. - Integrate consistent brand graphics into all video outputs (website, social, presentations). - Track and report on the performance of published visual content. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with motion‑design tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator (or equivalent). - Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and self‑management. - Ability to translate brand concepts into engaging visual narratives. - Experience with 2‑D animation preferred; 3‑D is a plus. - Passion for tech or startup environments is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student (or equivalent) in Motion Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. - Must submit a portfolio or showreel for evaluation. - No specific certifications required.
