Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Data Analyst **Role Summary:** Collect, clean, and analyze operational and clinical data to generate insights that inform decision‑making. Produce statistical analyses, reports, and visualizations while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in an on‑site environment. **Expectations:** - Maintain high data quality and integrity. - Deliver clear, concise analytical reports and visual presentations. - Adhere to healthcare data privacy and regulatory standards. - Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Contribute to team discussions and support continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using Excel, SQL, or Python. - Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing. - Conduct basic statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns. - Create dashboards and visualizations with Tableau or Power BI. - Prepare written reports and slide decks summarizing findings for stakeholders. - Collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT teams to define data requirements. - Document data processes and support data governance initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data manipulation. - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. - Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail‑oriented with solid time‑management capabilities. - Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, collaborative team setting. - Familiarity with healthcare data concepts and regulatory compliance (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are optional but advantageous.
