**Job Title:** Infrastructure DevOps & Cloud Systems Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and maintain secure, high‑availability infrastructure across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments. Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to support continuous delivery and compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver reliable, scalable architecture that meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate ownership of infrastructure lifecycle from design to retirement.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to optimize cost and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Automate Office 365 / Entra ID integration, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and user lifecycle linked to HR systems.
- Enforce RBAC and least‑privilege policies across cloud and SaaS platforms.
- Provision, configure, and maintain Azure, AWS, or GCP resources (VMs, containers, storage, networking).
- Manage Windows/Linux server patching, hardening, backup, and disaster‑recovery policies.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible) and IaC pipelines.
- Build API integrations with HR, billing, SaaS, and monitoring tools for visibility and reporting.
- Administer SD‑WAN, firewalls, DNS, and domain security protocols (DNSSEC, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts; perform incident response and root‑cause analysis.
- Maintain inventory, audit reports, and compliance controls; manage endpoint patching and SSL/TLS certificates.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–7 years in cloud/system administration and DevOps.
- Proficient with Office 365, Azure AD, and SaaS integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS; strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid networking knowledge (DNS, SD‑WAN, VPN, firewall) and security best practices.
- Familiarity with RMM/EDR tools, endpoint patch management, and monitoring solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid certifications such as Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
